UPDATED: replaced the chair and the replacement was acceptable, thus I have upgraded my rating.
I like the overall design of this chair but mine came with a few flaws...
Previous ratings mentioned factory flaws but I hoped they were a few bad apples. Mine has a few problems- hardware , slight fabric issue missing washers BUT fixed it expediently.
