The couch is nice in general. Its not as uncomfortable as everyone makes it seam and the style is nice and elegant. Im 411 and the couch is just perfect for me and fits 3 people comfortably. I can lay down and theres still space for someone, but like i said Im just 411. Material very soft but it has something like fuzz that makes it itch which is not okay! My complain is when you try to align the arms, the brackets are not place in the right direction. Horrible measurements. I got one side perfectly place and the other just standing up by holding onto each other. I requested a new part sent so lets see how their customer service is. I will update the review once I get my response.
Update: they told me the part i requested is unavailable and offered me a 30% refund which was appreciated. I added a star because the sofa looks so nice and after some weeks it feels super comfortable.
