You need to put the handle bars on make sore everything intuit area is snug and tight. Put on the peddles, seat and front tire with a skewer.The installation of a skewer if never used on could be a bit tricky. Overall not a too difficult to put together as long as you have the require tools. None provided with this bike. This is not the old . Craftsmanship is missing and part are not top rated but work ok. My rear brake keep getting stuck but have yet to figure out why. May need to take it to the bike shop. While there, replace the bike seat not very comfortable the one supplied. Yes you get what you pay for this bike will be OK. Dont know how long it will last. But I dont think Ill purchase another again
