I received my chair 2 days earlier than expected and the color is very pretty. Other than that, I cannot really say any thing more positive. I had no issues with the assembly except that I ended up with a metal splinter from one of the smaller bolts - a flaw in manufacturing left a metal shaving attached to the screw head. And the fact that description under “Is Assembly Required”, it states NO. I did not see the metal piece until it pushed into my thumb. I am sad that I paid almost $500 for a chaise that is anything but comfortable. The padding is so firm it is like sitting on a lawn chair. I expected to feel relaxed in the chaise however, it makes my back hurt and my feel fall asleep. I tried sitting higher up or lower down in the chair and it does not seem to matter. The curves of the chair are awkward. I waited and researched so many chaise online and tried several in stores way before our shelter in place order happened. The reviews seemed genuine and the available ratings are high. I am SO disappointed with this chair. I am going to see if the chair can be returned an my money refunded.
