Disappointed in the product description. One location states 12 inch legs, manufacturer chart shows legs with 3 inch increments to total 12 inches. Main reason I ordered this was for the different length legs. Received 12 inch legs. Contact manufacturer and they referred me to the dealer who would sell me new legs in 4 or 6 inches for an additional 60 dollars. I may just cut these down.
Unfortunately, you cant inspect it before unpacking and opening the unit. Lower motor was hanging loose when received but not damaged. Found the pin in the carton but the retaining clip was gone. Made my own because it was way easier than returning it.
Other than that, it does work well and is surprisingly quiet.
