The design on this desk is aesthetically pleasant, especially if it compliments other modern-type pieces. But construction and ease of assembly could be greatly improved. I consider myself a very patient and understanding person, but the assembly process for this desk is very involved and the instructions and diagrams could be revised for clarity and efficacy.
When the box originally arrived, there was some minor damage to a few parts. I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond. Once my concern was correctly documented, they expedited replacement parts. Overall this desk gets an A for value and the customer service also gets an A as well, but be prepared to spend some quality interpretive time carefully assembling this desk or have some friends help. The final product is worth the effort!
