I was able to put the bed together by myself with no issues. Its very easy to assemble and once I was done there was no creaking, groaning, or complaining from it! Im a hefty 265lbs so I was worried about sturdiness, but its super supportive!!! And yes, even durring activities it doesnt creak. 10/10 would reccomend. Great Value.
