Excellent customer service The assembly was simple enough for this 71 year old, disabled grandmother to do it by myself. Everything needed for the assembly was included, with the one tool needed for the entire assembly, and extra hardware and other ware. I did have one defective leg support, which was replaced with an extra one given to me by . Two of the smaller bolts would not tighten. Neither of these issues were a deal breaker. I love the bed and mattress height, which hit just above my knees. Im 54 which is ideal for someone of my height, and for children. I am using my old mattress which I am so glad I kept, to use with this bed frame, and is being used as a guest bed. It is so comfortable. I got the whitewash finish and love it.
