Modern vibe, decent price. This bed frame is very sturdy which I think is important in a bed frame. It was fairly easy to put together and I was able to do it by myself in about an hour. I like the allen bolts used as I find them easy to assemble and tighten. There was velcro for the slats so they do not move and the slat system was very supportive for the mattress. I did not use a box spring, just a 12 memory foam mattress that I also purchased from . The bed is not too low to the ground. The color of the bed is a cool white/grey and has a cottage feel. It goes well with my beach home. It was everything I hoped it would be and I would definitely purchase again.
