We are more than satisfied. Love it I love the bed. It is more grayish than white but it still looks good. The bed was pretty easy to assemble until the final step, the slats. For whatever reason they did not fit properly . I contacted the company and told them of my problem. They asked for pictures, I sent them, and with a very quick response from them, I received slats to replace the original ones. Excellent customer service! Love the bed!!
