Very compact. Great couch in terms of being easy to assemble and its level of sturdiness. I bought this couch as its a simple color and shape, allowing for easy accessorizing. The only unfortunate thing is its not that comfortable. Its softens slightly from when you get it originally but dont expect much. I have a one bedroom apt and if someone decided to crash for the night, I wouldnt feel comfortable having them on this couch all night. KEEP THAT IN MIND BEFORE PURCHASING!!! Do not buy for its being comfy!! But if you want a simple couch for a bedroom or side room, this isnt a bad option. And the material is nice
