We only received the sofa. claimed s shipper lost the loveseat and armchair so they sent out replacements. They say contacted the shipper, Estes, and told them not to deliver the replacement pieces to us. states thats not something they do. After 1 month there was never a resolution that provided me with all pieces of furniture so offered me a full refund and allowed me to keep the sofa. I used the refund to buy the loveseat and armchair separately at a much higher cost because the pieces are beautiful and so comfortable. We wont receive the pieces until March 30th, but the sofa seems to be holding up well as we lay across it for hours and the cushions fluff right back up. Also, it fits our family of 5 with no problem, but may only work for 3 or 4 adults, depending on size.
The ordeal to get a full set has been stressful and it was a headache dealing with the blame game between the companies, but I feel it shows how amazing the furniture is for me to continue to endure it through to a resolution. I would definitely buy again, which is why I provided 5 stars even though receiving the items has been difficult.
