This came a few weeks earlier than expected, but was thrilled! This is super firm furniture. We bought 2 chairs and the coach. I recommend the ottoman if you buy the chairs to put your feet up. When I say firm, Im not joking almost stiff. But, we actually like it this way. Great quality and we are super happy with the purchase. Honestly, was looking for tall durable furniture we have 3 dogs and 1 who (mini schnauzer) likes to Mark furniture. Well, he cant with this! For those with this issue, this furniture hits the mark!
