My husband and I have been upholsters with our own business for 40 years. I ordered this chair because I liked the fabric and did not want a leather or imitation leather. Before putting it together we tried out the seat and went right to the board. I was going to send it back but my husband said unless I spent a lot more money then this that is what I would get. So I put it together and used it for 2 days and decided to replace the foam right away, I was also curious what was native sponge!!! never heard of that before!! The first picture is what they claim is in it for foam and the second picture is what is really in it. Big difference now that the new foam is in it , it is everything I was looking for. We would charge about 50.00 to do this job for anyone else. So buyer beware its not what they advertise it to be !!! UPDATE. After this company read my review , instead of just ignoring the situation they reached out to me. My review alerted them to a situation they were not aware of. The factory was substituting the advertised foam for something cheaper and of less quality. The company compensated me for the incident they, were very prompt , apologetic and professional . This is the first time I have wrote a review on a product and I am so impressed with the way this company cared for their customer.
