When I received the product it was a bit ripped at the bottom from where it had a pocket for storage. Wasnt a huge deal as I only needed the futon for a couple of months till I could afford an actual bed. It gets the job done but thats sort of an example of quality. It is better than sleeping on the floor, but it isnt aming. If this is for a guest room or even a game room that you dont intend on using everyday this futon is okay at best. I really wouldnt recommend it if you plan on using long term/everyday. It doesnt have a lot of cushion and isnt very long as a bed. Im about 55 and my feet hang off a little. Its maybe good for like a semester of school or to hold you off when youre first moving, but definitely would not and could not recommend for long term as its not very comfortable.
