Product came in one box in a timely manner. Instructions are vague.. My husbands only complaints putting it together were to make sure you have the orientation of the mat (open slots) are aligned with the net poles. The second thing was he discovered there was no instructions for the orientation oasis to which end the springs go in. Ive taken a picture of how they should go so you dont have a headache like he did trying to get them out after he installed a few of them incorrectly. Net zipper is pretty tight so be careful when using, hoping it loosens up a bit after some use. After put together, seems very sturdy. Overall great purchase so far.
