UPDATE: This company has really great customer service! They reached out to me and sent me a new replacement net which fit even better and it arrived very fast. I like that they checked in with me to not only fix the problem but also to make sure I received the new net. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone looking for a trampoline for their toddlers and young children!
I recently bought this item and the trampoline is really nice...except the netting is too tight and the zipper broke. My grandson loves to jump on it so Im going to try to get a replacement net for it as hes two and I dont want him to fall off.
