This umbrella arrived used and broken. The box had clearly been opened before and taped up again. There was an old shipping label on it to someone else, also. When I took it out of the box there were broken bits of plastic that turned out to be part of the topper. I could see scuff marks on the pole where it had been in a stand before. After assembling the umbrella I discovered that it would not stay upright; it would only tilt. No instructions came in the box. Very frustrating. I did not choose a used item option.
