Definitely a two person job if youre new to assembling things, sleeping on the bed its nice and high, theres plenty of space underneath the bed for storage, the mattress stays in place. Braking the frame in if you know what I mean... its a little squeaky. Maybe I didnt tighten everything as much I could. I would recommend a power tool for this to increase the sturdiness
