You need alot of patience to build this! I ordered a total of 4 chairs, so technically two orders. The product arrived in a well packaged box. The instructions, though vague, were easy enough to follow. The actual assembly was only made difficult because 2/4 chairs each had one pre/drilled hole for the screw that did not match with the coordinating piece. It took a hefty amount of elbow grease, patience, and the help of a drill to open up the wood a bit in order to get half of the chairs properly assembled. They seem comfortable, but there also is a noticeable large bump of cushion oddly packed in the center of the seat. Lastly I noticed a sizable dirt stain on the back of one of the chairs. Im happy to keep them because of the cost and considerable amount of time and work Ive put into them, but it wasnt as easy or nice as I wished it to be.
