Any product that gets delivered missing stuff automatically deserves bad rating, regardless of quality

Update: Changed review to a 4 star would of been a 5 star but the fact that I didnt get all the items at the beginning and the fact that it took a week of bouncing between different customer service people just to the the item delivered I decided to remove a star the reason why I removed only one star after the poor service I recieved is because this bed frame is aming! I got no actual bad comment about the bed frame itself!
However be prepared to wait a week or more to set it up if you end up getting one with a screw missing Simple and does the job.
