The very first time I ordered this product the big package came with a gigantic hole right smack dab in the middle of it. Needless to say, when I opened the box there was a rip in the fabric headboard. I called and set a pick up date for a return. That was another pain in the rear because the UPS driver would constantly show up to my house when I was not home.
Fast forward two weeks later, I received the big package again with a big hole. I swear like the Cosmos was trying to tell me that I should not buy this bed frame and headboard. Upon opening the package I notice no tears or rips so I kept it and put it together. The instructions were easy and they provide you with all the tools. Took about a good 45 minutes to install and the fabric does look a bit darker than in the images. I was able to fit my king sized Helix mattress on the slats with no problems. The frame is super sturdy and finally does not squeak
