These chairs are extremely nice quality and made with very good craftsmanship. The material is durable and seems like it would be stain resistant. The chairs are very solid and will easily hold the 300/pound weight limit. Regular parsons chairs that have a smaller seat surface only hold 200 to 250 pounds. These chairs are very comfortable. The design is superior because the seat and back are all one piece and personally I think that gives the chair most stability. The only thing I had to do to put them together was to screw in the legs, which was very easy. Just remember the shorter screws are for the back legs. The chair is a warm beige and not the cool, almost white beige that is shown in the picture. The price for these chairs is excellent, especially considering the quality. Effective.
