This bed frame was everything I needed. The upholstery is strong but soft padding so as not to damage walls or shins.
The assembly was incredibly easy and the structure seems very solid and supports the middle in a sensible way.
Additionally, if you are limited on space for end tables and such, pick up some double sided Velcro tape. You can secure an alarm clock pretty well to the top of the headboard or even a cellphone if you dont mind having Velcro on your phone case. Always great!
