Very sturdy bunks with 13 inches of space underneath which is great for storage! I see reviews that say some of the wood has been broken, so to that I say dont over tighten your screws and bolts and you should be fine. A few blemishes to the wood minus a star, but has nothing to do with the the structural integrity of the bunks.
