Comes with 2 extra large watch holders which was nice. Comes with a USB cable charger as well as a wall outlet charger. You can make it turn clockwise or counter, or do both. When you open the front it stops the turning. You can also put in your own batteries and have it unplugged and work which is nice. Has a separate light switch. I expected a little more of a buzz but you cant hear it on unless its totally quiet and you put your ear to it. Probably wouldnt put it in my bedroom if you are SUPER picky while going to sleep in complete silence unless you use white noise or music to go to sleep
