I had been searching for fabric upholstery because I have two cats who shredded the PU cheap vinyl on two others. That us mostly what is offered. When I opened the box to discover they were microfiber, I was thrilled as that wipes off easily. They are comfortable and compact. Very satisfied with the quality. I am 82 and put them together myself. Only tricky part was lining up the screws underneath the seats. But I finally figured it out as they are well designed.
