EditI have now had this chair for just under one year. It started out great. Over time the cushion has worn thin and the ring inside to keep the chair balanced has broken. It is unbalanced when you sit and rocks and rolls. I am not a large person in height or weight. The construction is not great overall. I dropped my rating from 5 to 2 stars bc for 170 it should have lasted longer than a year.
I purchased this since I have been working from home since March and needed to replace my old chair. It is absolutely wonderful. It looks and feels great. I have lower back issues at times and it is offers the support I need. I like I can cross my legs if I want. I have no extra cushion in my natural bum and this chair offers the extra I need. I did have issue with one wheel not fitting in the post; so I contacted the seller customer support. After going back and forth a couple times, they are sending me a replacement wheel and sent me tracking information for it. I highly recommend the product and customer service.
