Shipping was very accurate, the delivery guys brought the couch up to my second floor. Assembly was very easy. Very comfortable both for sitting laying down and taking short naps.
The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because the leather scratches very easily, and the scratches are very viable. Im sure theres probably a product I can buy in order to cover the scratches. Just havent seen this happening in high/quality leather couches. But besides that the couch is aming and will definitely recommend it to others Did not disappoint
