Although all parts were accounted for, one of the screws threading was slightly stripped (not their fault). I was able to locate a replacement at Home Depot quicker than they could have shipped me a replacement, which the seller immediately offered to do. The unit itself is sturdy and was really easy to put together. Ill likely end up with another one very soon. I love this!
