Weve had the trampoline for 2.5 years and the kids love it. We recently had to replace the jumping mat because one of my kids decided to remove some snow with the ice chipper. While we couldnt buy the mat online we were able to get a replacement with some email correspondence that was quick and painless. Love it thanks!
