Trampoline is fairly easy to assemble. Took us an hour with two people. Appearance is nice. Kids love it. Good fair price. Customer service was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Wait for the 3 packages to come in! They sent replacement pieces anyway within a couple days, when I should have just waited for the 3rd package. Good customer service
