Weve had our trampoline for several years- best used toy, and better than the video games. Intense mountain sun broke down the spring cover and net, Ivy helped us get a new one quickly and easy! The only reason I didnt give five stars is the spring cover is hard to keep in place. The follow up and parts support is refreshing! One mistake was throwing away the foam pads with the old net- pipe insulation is an equal replacement as is metal conduit for bent poles.
