Below was my original review. I changed this review because Lucy from customer service did email me several times trying to correct our issue. She was concerned and did get the job done. Its not her fault that this company does not offer a phone number. It did take 2-3 weeks to get a new headboard but a new headboard was delivered. The beds are actually very nice, made well and sturdy. My only issue is that it took a little long to straighten out the problem and they do not have a phone number, only email so you will not get a response quickly. Lucy did a good job!
Original Review:
Ordered and received two bed frames. The bolt holes on one of the head boards were not aligned with the post that attaches to the head board. I stacked one on top of the other on the attached photo showing the holes on one unit were too far to the left. The holes cannot be moved because they are attached to a piece of wood behind the fabric and they are the female to the male bolt tightly secured.
I immediately went to their website, website and checked all the paperwork and they do not offer any phone numbers. You have to email them and they say that they will respond within 24 hours. I sent them an email with all the information and 24 hours later they returned my email with a question. I answered the question immediately and have not heard back from them in 2 days. Customer service at this company is non existent and horrible so beware.
I ended up drilling new holes into the post that connects to the head board but the holes are far left (not much wood left) and I am afraid that the wood will split one day, but I had no choice. The boxes weigh about 100 pounds and I carried the boxes to our attic 3 levels up and all the parts were taken out of the box so that I could make sure all the parts were sent. I was not going to repack everything and send the unit back. Im 66 years old and it was a one way up to the attic only. I am sure that one day the wood will split and the bed will be thrown out. I was also going to order another bed frame but they are currently not available on or the website. Not sure if I am going to pay for the one bed either.
Be aware that if you have an issue with this purchase will leave you hanging and not respond to your emails. Man am I mad!!!!
