    Cure for COVID boredom

    Update: 8/5/21 Customer service responded to my email and after 3 weeks of back-and-forth emails with pictures etc. they are sending me a whole new unit. Thats above and beyond what I was hoping for and speaks to their commitment to their customers satisfaction. Back to 4 stars. Update: 7/20/21 Three of the legs are now broken and customer service is so far(4-days) unresponsive. Were still barely within our one year warranty but unless they start answering their emails we may be out of luck. Weve tried calling but after waiting on hold for 30 minutes they hung up on us. Dropping to 2 stars. Original: This trampoline has been an amazing outlet for my kids since COVID shut down our local parks. Weve had it for quite a few months now and the kids still use it everyday. Sometimes for hours. We did have one of the small springs that hold the mat to the frame break but customer service sent us a new one and some extras for the future if needed. Theyre very easy to replace. Unlike some of the other reviewers I found the assembly to be very straightforward.
