My bag arrived one day earlier than planned. I never have been so fast going back home!
This one was a first test to check the quality of the materials. Im not disappointed at all: the inner bag seems robust and the washable cover meets the quality I was expecting.
Unfortunately, as seen in the photo, even after 4 days, the foam doesnt fluff more. It certainly needs more foam to look like in the photos presented by seller.
I saw some reviews saying seller or manufacturer sent them more foam but Im unable to see here how to contact them. There isnt any email address on the papers joined to the bag.
