We ordered (2) four foot bags for Christmas for our kids. We liked everything about them - the cover is very nice - except they really werent very full. We sent a note to and they suggested we give them a bit more time to expand. We waited a few more days and although they did expand a bit more they still didnt get full enough to be comfortable. asked for a photo of the bean bags and then sent us additional filling. The experience with their service team was great and our extra fill arrived quickly. It did the trick and the bags are an awesome addition to the room where our kids lounge and watch tv. Were very happy with our experience and this product.
