I love this foam chair -- which is reminiscent of the old bean bag chairs -- except made of foam instead of small beans/pellets. This came delivered in a compact package and once I opened the package it was very easy to put together. The outside cover is a soft micro-seude that is a blue/gray in color. It has a zipper closure and there is a flap to cover over the zipper so you do not see it and so you dont ever sit on it, taking away any chance you would sit on it and it would be uncomfortable. There are three holes on each end of the zipper but they are covered by the flap and I think this is to allow air into the bag to keep it fluffed up and so there isnt any friction against the inside foam. The inside is made of a foam material which you break up by hand when it arrives and it puffs up with air over time.
The directions said it would take a week until fully inflated, but after just a short period of time, it was inflated enough to use. It was an interesting process to break it up by hand, but it worked and I did not have any issues doing it. The foam is contained within a zippered cover and you cannot unzip it to look at it which is nice because that means no small children can open it and take out all the foam. And again this zipper is also covered by a flap so there is no rub of the zipper that you can feel while sitting on the bag. It is very comfortable to sit in!
The care instructions allows for machine washing of the outside cover for easy care. I am very happy with this bag and so is my family. Its the perfect size for one adult or two small children (such as a 3 year old and a 5 year old). It is very easy to lift and move from place to place.
