Do you call a chair filled with foam a “bean bag”????
This bean bag chair is super AMAZING! It’s not just for children or teens, its great for an adult. I’m 5’6” and fit in great. I like it when using my laptop, with a lap desk. My husband uses it while playing Xbox.
My two kids (5 and 9) can lay down on the bag and use it as a lounge. My 5-year-old goes into a sleepy daze when curled up in it.
It comes in a box with super compressed foam. You unzip the bag, take out the plastic wrapped bag of foam and go crazy tearing and fluffing the brick of foam inside. This is a great job for active kids You’ll end up with a bean bag shaped inside for your new chair.
After it’s fluffed, you put on the heavyweight cover and zip it up. It will have some off-gassing for a few days. The directions say to fluff the bag every day for 4-5 days for full size and shape. Doing this will not only fluffs the chair but airs out the smell. After three days it was plenty plumped and had almost no smell.
I did wash the cover and hung it to dry. The color remained solid and true. Very soft cover and the memory foam filling beat the beans by a long shot! Well, except that it is pretty heavy and takes an adult to move it around.
I should mention, it makes the most incredible cat bed you will ever buy. I can’t keep the cats off of it. And, since everyone loves adorable cat pictures, I included one with this review.
