Good, My first order was sent back by because it was damaged in shipment. I called the company that it was shipped from. The gentleman was very courteous and got my order back out to me immediately. My son and I put it together, was not difficult. The bed turned out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. The only issue I have with it is the ladder is hard on the feet. But I have read other reviews on how to fix that problem. I am an older person, so it was hard to climb up and fix the sheets and all on the top bunk. HA! But I got it done! Looks great. Love it. Will work great for the grand/kids.
