I was really happy with this bunk bed! More importantly, my boys love it! Its exactly how it looks in the picture our room is just barely big enough for it. It was easy to assemble. It came in two boxes and I did have to contact customer service about the second box as there was no info sent to me about. They quickly sent me a tracking number and it arrived not too long after the first. Instructions for the stairs took a bit to figure out as they werent labeled. But other than that, we are completely satisfied! I would recommend to a friend! Was pleasantly surprised
