im 5,4, 170 lbs and got a size 10 mens. theyre a little big (especially the feet) but nothing too uncomfortable. my feet get super cold in the water, even with 2 pairs of thick socks, but theres enough room i can pack more in to make warm but if you have a bigger foot, better have hot feet or something but my legs stayed pretty warm. wore them in a hole for about 6 hours in 28/42 weather and i was cold but nothing too unbearable. stayed warmer than my boyfriend and his friend wearing tidewe (600 and 800 grain)
might also add, i live in mississippi and wouldnt go less than 800 grain if used for hunting. It works.
