Product arrived in great time, unfortunately a sideboard was missing a metal bracket. Asked customer support by email to send replacement sideboard as we dont have a power drill to drill in just a bracket. Customer support reassured me it would be a whole sideboard replacement they will send, but when part arrived it was just the metal bracket and screws. Expressed to customer service my disappointment and asked for a full refund. They sent return shipping label right away and we sent everything back together. Refund was issued just a business day after we dropped off our return to ups.
Customer service was above and beyond amazing, product was faulty and we did not keep. They are really responsive and will respond right away if you have any inquiries. 4 stars for customer support, minus one star for faulty product.
