Very strong. My 20 year old can sit in it. Lots if storage. My dog and cat think its theirs now as its soft, yet sturdy too. I put a silver tray on it for dining when we can get the maltipoo off it. Lol Added unexpected bonus, it makes a good photo prop as you can see. Takes a good amount of space though. Everyone loves it! Fair for the price.
