The bed itself is beautiful. The instructions were very very very very hard to follow. Upon opening the back of the headboard (in order to get the rest of parts) They were multiple broken splinter pieces of wood, and a few casings of what I thought to be dead bugs I had an upcoming surgery scheduled and needed a bed badly so I bit the bullet and still set it up. Fast forward almost 2 months later, and there are definitely carpet beetle larvae that have begun appearing all over my walls and ceiling ( The same bugs from the bed) . Im annoyed, and I wish I could return this item . The tools needed to put the bed together were in disarray(some pieces were out of the original packaging) , and it made me wonder if someone had returned what I had purchased. The box itself was in terrible shape as well.
