The 48/inch piece of furniture fit perfectly in our small sitting room. The boxed was delivered a few days early by FedEx. The FedEx driver left the large box in my driveway next to the road and garage. I didnt know it was delivered till several hours later. The box is quite heavy; about 100 pounds. It included the fireplace insert. I opened the box and carried each piece into the house. The parts were well protected by styrofoam, so if the delivery driver dropped it; it would be well protected from breakage. I put this together myself. All the tools, screws, and parts were neatly packaged by alphabet letter. They provided one extra of each screw. Each hole lined up perfectly except the backing. The backing parts of the cabinet holes did not line up, so those screws had to be drilled in. The drawing could be better. Makes sure your door holes face the front of cabinet, and the shelf holes face the inside of the compartment with the doors. I failed to do that, so I had to tar it apart. The cabinet came apart easily and went back together in 15 minutes. It is a sturdy piece of furniture after the backing is placed. The fireplace insert fits squarely in the middle of cabinet. I am happy with this purchase and would purchase again.
