Exceeded my expectations! Arrived well packaged and damage free. I purchased this for a seating area in our guest room. The arms are secu inside the seat cushion (I initially thought they were missing). This is furniture store quality at a fraction of the price! Took about an hour to assemble but definitely do-able with 1-2 people. No missing hardware. Very sturdy and well made.
