The chairs arrived incredibly fast (way before the estimated delivery). One arm rail was damaged. We also just found the chairs to not be quite to our satisfaction. There were some blemishes and uneven staining on the wood. We also found that the bottom cushion does not line up with the cross brace, making it impossible to screw together. I don't know that it's super necessary that these pieces screw together, but all in all we just decided to return the chairs. The customer service was incredible! They responded VERY quickly and were willing to send us new pieces if we wished or refund our money. Even though it didn't turn out like we originally planned, we were extremely impressed with the quality of customer service! If you choose to purchase from this seller and have an issue, you will be extremely pleased with the level of care you receive!
