I was missing a key part of the book case I ordered. Initially the contact regarding this matter even upon proving through pictures I was indeed missing the part was poor and I felt they were discounting me as a customer, by lack of communication.
However, eventually a different person contacted me and they gave me a full refund so I cant really complain / I had requested they just send me the missing part, but no one ever got back to me so I requested a refund.
The bookcase would of been easy to assemble, instructions were very easy to follow, and it appeared it would have been sturdy but I was unable to put it together due to the missing piece.
I guess my advice would be if you feel unheard when reporting an issue to this company, eventually someone will hear you and fix it
