So, it is over all not a terrible looking bedframe. The color is a gray so dark it is almost black, so not quite as pictured. The main thing that disappointed me, though, it that it says upholstered and looks padded. It is absolutely not. It is a relatively thin fabric draped over a frame. So, along the sides of the bed, if you touch it, there is NOTHING inside or behind the fabric. It's hollow. Just an empty fabric box, so super fragile. I appreciate that the frame was metal and not some engineered fake wood, so it's seems strong, but you can get any old bedframe in metal.
Whose definition of upholstered?
